Infignos.com^TM does not collect, store, use or disclose peronally identifying information except in the case of advertisers who place a listing on our databases, which includes those maintained by RealtyDirectory.com^TM, Infignos.com^TM. These information may be used for Buyers USA for our e-commerce purposes, including bulk e-mail, but will not be sold or provided to third parties. Any cookies used for user identification will not be provided to third parties. Additionally, this privacy policy does not apply to information collect by third parties as a result of access to their sites through banner ads, links, or listings provided on this site.

Infignos.com^TM does not target its services specifically to or seek to collect, use, or disclose individually identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

Under this Agreement, you agree only to use information accessed through or on this site for Personal Use only and that copying, distribution, and transmission of such information is only for Personal Use.

Buyers USA and Infignos.com^TM reserve the right to change our programming, our system, and our methods of operating without notice.

As the publishers of this Web site, Buyers USA and Infignos.com^TM reserve the right to display search results, either in a group format or as a display of the resulting Web page, in any format deemed appropriate. Such display of any customer information may include any advertising deemed appropriate by the publisher. Likewise, all revenue from such advertising shall be considered earned by the publisher without any remuneration to any content resources.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim must be arbitrated on an individual basis, and must not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration must be conducted in Anniston, Alabama, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or Buyers USA and its owners, may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Anniston, Alabama, as necessary to protect the rights or property of you or Buyers USA.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Buyers USA's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of such a right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Link Removal

Links and any other listing may be removed at anytime by the authorized user (the person who has the log in information related to specific listings). Listings are posted at no charge to the posting party. We understand that listings are created by entities or others from whom they have requested or contracted assistance in posting information. As we receive a high volume of listings, we place the responsibilty of removing listings that are no longer wanted back on the authorized user. We do not remove listings manually once we are contacted by third parties (i.e. consultants, SEO companies, competitors, and others) unless it adequate information is provided showing that a third-party posted defaming, deparaging, offensive, or other information in a way to harm the character or reputation of the subject party (the party mentioned in the listing). Requests to remove listings due to desires to improve SEO standing will not be honored as removal of those listings is solely the responsbility of the authorized user. The exception is that the subject party may send a written request on official company stationary accompanied by a check or money order for $20 and we will move all listings for a specified subject party. The request letter and payment must be sent to the address shown below. The nominal fee is to cover labor costs to remove and purge all listings, which were submitted at no charge. This fee and any further communication can be avoided by having the authorized user log in and purge unwanted listings. There is no charge for self-management of listings on this site.
